- Responsible for business development and execution of sales strategies
- Manage the end to end on-boarding of Clients and build new institutional business. Work with other internal stakeholders to define and delivery sustainable solutions for the business and clients
- Develop comprehensive workstream project plans, including scope, deliverables, milestones, and resources allocation
- Communicate gaps in project management and timely escalate as necessary
- Engage, collaborate and maintain strong relationship between IT, Backoffice's and business teams, and the vendor (as applicable)
- Ensure the integration of all business functions to enable operational/ business readiness in the delivery of the solution
- Develop and baseline a detailed project plan to support required deliverables, activities, resource allocations and project interdependencies
- Develop work plans and ensure clear deliverables in place and delivered
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance environment and requirements
- Identify, analyze and mitigate dependencies, risks and issues Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in financial industry
- Holder of SFC RA1& RA2 license
- Good commercial acumen and problem solving skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
