- Responsible for all production functions and processes for Western cuisine
- Maintain high standards day-to-day operations in the Airport Lounge and food presentation
- Formulate menus in line with customer expectations
- Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces

- 維持日常機場貴賓室廚房營運順暢及食物擺設完好
- 根據客戶期望設計並更新菜單
- 保持廚房整潔,確保運作順暢及有效率
- 5 to 7 years' relevant experience in which exposure in Hotels / restaurants is preferable
- Good knowledge of Western cuisine
- Service-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills in Cantonese and fair English are preferred
- Immediate availability is preferred
- 5至7年西餐烹飪經驗,曾任職酒店或高級餐廳優先
- 熟悉西式烹飪
- 勤奮,守時,有禮及有責任感,有良好溝通技巧及人際關係
- 良好粵語及一般英語
- 可即時上班優先
