• Oversee the investment and risk integrity of our digital asset portfolios, in line with expectations
• Source, analyse and execute private and public digital asset investments across the globe
• Identify investment opportunities, conduct due diligence and deal execution during the process
• Develop trading services for liquid strategies and staking products for professional investors, HWNI and family offices for broker dealers.
• Handle the whole project life cycle from idea generation through implementation and performance measures and KPI generation/reporting
• Lead the team in structuring and managing exits
• Actively build partnerships and networks with target prospect in our ecosystem globally.

Requirements

• At least 5-7 years experiences in wealth management with recent experience within the digital asset industry
• Strong digital asset product knowledge and strong institutional network (private banks, asset managers).
• Prior experience and a proven track record in driving business strategies
• Enjoy working in a team environment with leadership capability
• Strong time management and workload management skills
• CFA or equivalent qualification
• Candidate with more experience will consider as Chief Investment Officer
• Fluent English and Mandarin is a must
