    Job Description

    Customers Development and Customer Key Contact (Key Accounts and/or Territory Independent Outlets). Assist to develop and executes Sales strategies in meeting business goals and driving strategic, sustainable growth.

    This position is a Sales role that connected with ECP in Optical shop, ophthalmologist Clinic. The individual will be responsible for selling the product, establishing account partnerships and practice development in the assigned territory and / or accounts


    Essential duties and responsibilities:



    • Manages Sales performance and product portfolio of assigned accounts
    • Sales performance included Sell in, Sell out, Wearer recruitment, transaction in MYAV
    • Responsible for the working with assigned accounts and team within the organization, including direction, motivation and development of sales growth plans, targets, and strategies and the removal of obstacles to success
    • ECP Segmentation development and management
    • Delivers against Key Call objectives (mainly in outdoor works)
    • Complete and filling the pre call plan and post call plan
    • Submits territory (included outlets level) and cycle plan reports that include qualitative and quantitative information on relevant customer and market issues
    • Build strong partnerships with accounts to develop the ongoing business
    • Installs and provides follow-up of marketing and trade marketing support programs in selected accounts
    • Work closely with co-colleagues to develop a high-performance team
    • Willing to Voice out and input your thought that logistically build from your territories and accounts level to Company level
    • Might be involved in cross-functional projects
    • Follow credo and HCC principles in day-to-day execution
