    Job Title: Front Desk Officer

    • Serve as the initial point of contact for clients and visitors by responding to phone calls, welcoming guests, and maintaining accurate records.

    • Coordinate meeting room reservations, arrange beverages and equipment setups, and manage logistics to ensure seamless events.

    • Arrange courier services and maintain detailed records of documents and packages.

    • Assist in planning and coordinating company activities, seminars, and events.

    • Provide administrative support with office maintenance, supply ordering, document management, and other related tasks.

    • Maintain a tidy and professionally presented reception area that reflects the firm's image.

    • Perform various tasks as required by management.

    Requirements:

    • Form 5 or above;

    • Prior experience in clerical roles within banks or financial institutions is advantageous;

    • Strong work ethic and willingness to undertake administrative duties;

    • Excellent personal presentation and adherence to dress code standards at all times;

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) and Chinese Word Processing;

    • Immediate availability is preferred but not mandatory.
