- Lead and manage a team of 20-30 high-performing sales personnel to drive revenue growth in Asia
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively reach and convert new enterprise and institutional clients
- Implement effective sales processes, tools, and metrics to drive sales efficiency and productivity
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-energy sales culture aligned with the company's values
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build sustainable business relationships
- Bachelor's Degree or above, preferably from reputable universities
- 10+ years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the fintech, cryptocurrency, or blockchain industry
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and growing revenue
- Excellent people management and team-building skills
- Deep understanding of digital assets, blockchain technology, and the evolving regulatory landscape
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel to support the sales team across the Asia-Pacific region (frequent travel required)
- Good command of verbal and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English
