+Provide first line technical support to all levels of staff via phone email chat or in person troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows / macOS operating systems Desktop and laptop hardware Network connectivity printers peripherals mobile devices install configure and maintain Workstations software business applications User accounts permissions access Active Directory Microsoft 365 perform routine system checks backups updates patching assist with onboarding/offboarding equipment preparation account setup document incidents solutions IT procedures escalate complex issues senior IT staff vendors when necessary support IT projects equipment refresh system upgrades security initiatives occasionally perform duty out of office hours participate in special IT projects other duties assigned superior.
