- Liaise with Global VM Production team, manages the production process in partnership for creative projects that include windows, pop ups and other creative retail elements (props/events/outposts)
- Manage the projects timeline to be shared with all the stakeholders involved
- Follow the entire production process from prototype to installation, checking and editing technical drawings and ensuring consistency with the design intent; attend prototype validations (requires travelling to Milan, China and within South Asia)
- Ensure all design and technical developments are executed to meet the specified deadline and production requirements – manage the timeline for projects under your scope of work
- Vendors management to obtain best production outcomes, appropriate pricing and budget management on local special projects
- Continuously evaluate production processes, identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and consolidate feedback to Global VM Production team
- Work with logistics, regions and vendors to ensure project launches on time and according to GTM calendar
- Work with Procurement team on vendor sourcing and costings of projects
- Engage and collaborate with internal partners, throughout the production process to ensure 360 message cohesion
- Ensure the implementation of sustainable approach in production and props dismantle within South Asia
- 3-4 years of relevant experience on display management and installation of shop windows and pop ups
- Experience in fashion and luxury industries
- Capability of managing all the activities of creative product display and experience in architecture drawings
- Strong project management capabilities, precision, systemic view
- Proficient in MS Office applications, Adobe, Autocad
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluent oral English and Mandarin is required
