    The Role

    Job Responsibilities

  • Support the team on regular data tracking and report generations of loyalty programme of the shopping mall
  • Support the team on campaign setting on CRM system to ensure a smooth logistics and customer journey
  • Liaise with tenant on members' privileges and responsible for related system set-up
  • Oversee reward pool inventory and perform stock take accordingly
  • Set up members' communications in system and perform UAT before blasting out

    • Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines. Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal and written
  • Detail-minded and sensitive to data
  • Customer-oriented, self-motivated, efficient in delivering the best quality of work
  • Good PC skills on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
