Project Manager (Contract), Smoooth Biz Limited (SaaS, Tech Industry)

• Plan and organize the work scope and duties of programmers, scrum master, UI/UX designers, and the project executive from project initiation, kickoff meetings and planning to development, testing, and evaluation stage of a SaaS project.
• Manage the project timelines using Jira from start to finish, monitor the team’s workload and expectations of the final product, and identify the needs and concerns of the end users (our clients) and other external stakeholders (our investors).
• Launch the project in different phases, including the UAT, and Alpha phase to test the enhanced features and product release phase, and also plan the Beta phase for further enhancement. 
• Prepare documents for external parties to update them on our internal processes, and share feedback from end users to internal parties for continuous learning within the organization.

Assistant Product Manager, Zoomob Limited (Mobile Game Industry)

August 2019 – October 2022

• Implement end-to-end project management of mobile game and app development projects, including client’s outsourced IP and in-house IP. Games are launched on Google Play, App Store and foreign website platforms.
• Plan and organize the workflow, manage the team using Trello, and collaborate with the Art team and game designer to identify each project’s full picture, including the total number of art materials and UI/UX items, game content, technical issues, so as to directly lead the programming team during development from start to finish.
• Communicate with clients and external parties like freelance creators and staff from partnering website platforms to ensure the required features, API, billing methods and in-app currency are smoothly integrated into the games or app while meeting clients’ expectations.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders ranging from the IT team, art team and marketing team to ensure timely deliveries of items from each department.
• Understand the competitive landscape and define the product strategy that will give each game its best chance of being profitable in the market.

IT Product Executive (Japanese Speaking), Guerbet Asia Pacific 

July 2018 – January 2019

• Manage the help desk ticketing system used by the internal parties from all branches and offices from around the world, and focus on communication with staff from Japan’s offices for feedback from and training them. 
• Ensure the internally established ticketing system performs as planned, and report to the IT manager for continuous improvement plans to update the system.
• Translate a wide range of system manuals between Chinese, English and Japanese.
• Use IT knowledge to solve problems for individuals who have issues using the system.
