My name is Tsz Ching, I am 21 years old and last month I completed the Yoga RYT200 training course at YogaTriangel, which is yoga alliance certified. 

 

经验

The course made me know more about yoga history,asana(體位法). Which made me made me more enthusiastic about yoga. Also, I want to share yoga with more people.

In the past, my work was related to teaching, I would teach children basketball. So that, it built up my responsibility for teaching. Such as, on time, and take care about them.
