As evident from the CV, I have enjoyed an enriching experience of handling high risk HSSEQ and operational matters encompassing LNG, LPG, Crude, Product, Chemical, PCTC, and Bulk fleet in tandem with exposure to vessel operations as well. I have been also involved in new project management, tender preparation and commercial activities. Further, I was fortunate to learn key management skills while leading a team in the Head office of the company and was also involved in interviewing recruitment of suitable team members.

At this point in my career, I am seeking the opportunity to challenge myself to new opportunities in HSSEQ and energy sustainability. Further I am motivated to hopefully settle down in Europe as my wife and daughters are European (Italian), however I remain open to any good career opportunities worldwide. Formulating, implementing, and achieving new policies and objectives for the HSSEQ group and ISO 9K and 14K policies for the company and aligning SMS manuals to evolving SIRE 2.0, TMSA 3 standards and other major conventions and regulations. 

I have had 12 years of Marine deck sailing experience on Bulk, Oil, Chemical vessels.

3. Primary responsibility of ensuring compliance with major regulatory bodies for HSSEQ, security regulations, statutory requirements, and industry guidelines. Primary role in the MOC of New Delivery and Take over vessels and associated ISM,MLC and ISPS certification.
4. Primary role in Planning, implementation of SIRE Vetting, ISM, ISPS & MLC audits, certification and compliance. Primary role in implementation of DOC and ISO (9K & 14K) compliance and alignment of SMS.
