• Initial training and 14 years in large international law firms handling a diverse range of corporate and commercial legal work
• Leadership positions in 2 mid-sized law firms in Hong Kong and Shanghai
• Responsible for leading and supervising teams of lawyers as practice head and/or office managing partner
• Early exposure to and mastery of legal matters for e-commerce and FinTech clients – everything from online marketplaces, payment providers, P2P capital platforms to NFTs and STOs
• Nearly 8 years in private equity prior to becoming a lawyer and familiar with experience advising on fundraising from both startup and investor perspectives
