As Supply Chain Manager in a fast-growing company, I have been able to master SAP skills in SCM planning area and understand the whole work process of managing PSI very well. 

As IBP Key User I know the logic of heuristic run through three months' workshops held by Accenture team. From defining needs, taking training sessions, testing trial system to implementing Go live, from figuring out new workflow for all related departments to training other colleagues, I understand exactly what the needs and concerns a client may have, how the introduction of system can be carried out step by step, how to put the whole theories into practice based on original work model, what kind of pros and cons the IBP has and how to eventually find the solution.

As Mathematician I enjoy working with massive data and extracting useful information from analysis. Besides from that, I am eager to learn any new knowledge. I focus on efficiency but am also patient. I would like to think and work independently and freely but also enjoy teamwork with colleagues. "3R" can be recognized as my core qualities: result oriented, rigorous with work and a sense of responsibility.
