Provide full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support
to MD, who is also the Head of western region, India and a
Board member
Perform and coordinate routine and/or specialized work as
assigned by MD / Team
Maintaining strict confidentiality
Manage calendar coordination for all strategic initiatives and
meetings for MD / Team
Arranging detailed travel plans, visa applications, itineraries
and compiling travel related documents
Manage business expense & travel claims for MD
Communicate on behalf of MD with the team & business heads
as and when required
Work closely and effectively to keep the MD well informed of
upcoming commitments / events / meetings
Prepare business correspondence and presentation materials
Format information for internal and external communication –
memos, emails, presentations, reports
Administrative and project support for events and initiatives
Oversee the performance of other administrative staff
Maintain systems, procedures, and records in line with internal
policies
Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Maintaining all business-related important documents,
agreements and NDAs as a central repository
Raising invoices for successfully completed transactions
complying with the invoice raising process
