Ka Wai Lam

My name is Lam Ka Wai, Isabelle. I graduated from Hong Kong Design Institute with a higher diploma in Costume for Performance on December 2021. Previously worked as a receptionist in a beauty salon for more than two years.  Job scope includes handling daily paperwork, data entry, cashier, confirmation on documents, handling all incoming phone calls and check-in, issuing orders and following up on customer appointments, I am also familiar with the use of Microsoft excel and word.

These experiences made me familiar with the operation of the beauty salon. I think that clinic assistant need to be responsible, helpful, careful and active. My previous experience as a receptionist gave me these qualities. I've always wanted to work in the clinic assistant field because I have a passion for it and I think it has great potential.
