关于joseph wong:

本人黃文俊由2014年初投入復康服務。


對於自身入職以來，多謝上司一直給予機會，讓我在中途宿舍制定舍友生活及復元計劃。責務當
中，主要負責照顧6名年約16至65歲舍友起居生活、策劃推行小組活動、協助個案工作及管理中途
宿舍日常運作，使舍友之間能和睦相處。自身亦會定期約見個案家屬進行家訪。按需要便會與社工
提供情緒輔導，以及接受宿舍主任委派的工作。


過往除此擁有教練及伸展導師證書之外，亦曾擔任診所和醫院教育助理一職。因此，可從運動
醫學方面鼓勵舍友進行運動，以改善舍友長期卧床的懷習慣。過往亦曾與義工團體舉辦不同活動，
例如Kin-ball和手綿球運動，以發掘舍友更多的潛能。


院舍就任期間，熟悉日常運作之如，也會恆常協助宿舍管理工程和進行家居維修，以改善他們
的居住環境。所以自覺有信心能兼任多項體力工作，並能協調其他同事通宵執勤。本人明白從事此
職務最需要的部分，是悉心的照顧和關懷，以便鞏固他們的身心靈發展。
