  • Lead R and D team and monitor all product development projects globally
  • Provide technical support and training to Sales, Procurement and Production function
  • Review and establish guidelines and procedures for new product development to ensure compliance with headquarters requirements
  • Provide technical support on production issues, including processing procedures, preparation of ingredients and packaging processes to ensure final products are safe and meet required quality

  • Manage, support, lead and monitor all new product/process development projects for sauces and seasonings including Nissin brand and Winner brand noodle 
  • Working closely with Suppliers and Purchasing on sourcing new raw materials 
  • Handling projects from ideation to commercial by sourcing RM from PUD, visiting Ramen shops for tasting, communicate with Marketing on how we can promote the products to end users e.g. Welcome, PNS, 7-11
  • Working on cost reduction to maximize company’s profit and sodium reduction on seasoning to provide healthy image of our noodles brand
  • Launched 11 new products in almost 3 years including JV with Don Don Donki and Aeon
  • Working with labeling team export regulation and help in designing label and making claims
  • Overseeing production on trials audits processing to end packaging during new product launch 
  • Working with QA closely for new product launch for shelf life testing
