I am a dedicated PE teacher and rowing coach with over 30 years of coaching experience, specializing in developing athletes' skills and fostering a love for the sport. At 50 years old, I hold a master's degree in sports science, which enhances my understanding of athletic performance and training methodologies.

Throughout my career, I have successfully coached athletes at various levels, from beginners to elite competitors, guiding them to achieve their personal and team goals. My coaching philosophy emphasizes technique, teamwork, and mental resilience, ensuring each athlete not only improves in their rowing abilities but also grows as an individual.

I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience, helping the next generation of rowers excel both on and off the water.
