I am writing to express my interest in the Brewer position at Hong Kong Beer Company As a brewer with almost four years of experience in the beer industry, I am excited about the opportunity to bring my skills and passion to your team.

My experience has provided me with a strong foundation in all aspects of the brewing process, from wort production to packaging. I have assisted in wort production on a 10HL 4 vessel brewhouse, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency. Additionally, I have executed routine brewery tasks, including CIP (clean-in-place), gravity, pH, and carbonation checks. I have also conducted dry hopping with a hop cannon, resulting in enhanced aroma profiles and flavors.

I am a team player with excellent problem-solving skills, and I have an eye for detail. These skills have enabled me to work collaboratively with team members and ensure that every aspect of the brewing process meets the highest standards of quality.

Outside of work, I am also a home brewer in my spare time. This hobby has allowed me to experiment with different ingredients, and I believe it has helped me to develop a deeper understanding of the brewing process.
