My extensive knowledge of the pedagogical principles and curriculum awareness in Hong Kong, having taught HKDSE, coupled with my proficiency in using technology to enhance the learning experience and my experience living in over six countries and participating in public speaking, debate teams, and mooting, has equipped me with the skills necessary to create a unique learning dynamic both inside and out of class.

I'm currently operating as a Native English Teacher at Ng Yuk Secondary School where I have successfully designed and implemented a student-centered curriculum that improved student engagement and academic performance. 
I have also developed and led professional development workshops for fellow teachers on innovative teaching strategies and technology integration.
I fostered a positive and inclusive classroom environment, resulting in a 95% student satisfaction rate and a reduction in disciplinary incidents by 50%.I also collaborated with school leaders to develop and implement school-wide initiatives to enhance student learning outcomes and strengthen community partnerships.

I have also previously worked as a Native English Teacher for various Hong Kong schools such as Tseung Kwan O Government Secondary School, Xianggang Putonghua Yanxishe Primary School, CCC Ming Yin College, and King's College.

I also have experiences working at various learning centers such ABC Pathways, HeadStart Groups Co, and Little Cosmos Language and Art center, where I operated as a speaking instructor, phonics trainer, and Native English Teacher. 

Alongside teaching at various schools and centers, I also provide online English language training to adults online globally. 

 

My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of London, TESOL certification, and I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics from the University of Nottingham. Additionally, I am awaiting the completion of my PGCE. My previous experience includes working as a graduate master at a Hong Kong primary and secondary school.
