      • Managed a team of 4-6 Operations Executives and Registered Nurses to oversee ~6.5k daily Designated Quarantine Hotel (DQH) testing services; led discussions and workshops to devise risk assessment guidelines for DQH services in HK
      • Experienced in Large scale scrum (LeSS), ran scrum sprints with subunits to establish the gold standard healthcare operations, thus became the sole contractor for all HK DQH services
      • Formed strategic partnerships with HKSAR Food & Health Bureau officials to resolve covid testing quality issues
